Walmart shutters Jetblack personal shopping service - Business Insider - Business Insider

And because Jetblack fulfilled orders with products from any merchant, not just Walmart and its subsidiaries, it may not have fit within Walmart's long-term plans for its business. Walmart explored an outside investment in Jetblack or selling it, but those talks have reportedly ended, possibly leading Walmart to discontinue the service.

Integrating learnings and technologies from Jetblack could still benefit Walmart and would match its recent moves to restructure its e-commerce business.

Many things are taking place:

Residents fed up with litter behind Berclair shopping center

Mattresses, tires and televisions are just some of the items that were found behind the Family Dollar and Big Lots off Summer Avenue.

This is not the first time WREG has been made aware of the issue. On January 28, we took pictures of the littering which was just as bad.

Wes Curlin works for a vending company that does business with the Family Dollar. He says what people are seeing now could be worse.

"This is not that bad. This looks like somebody just dumped one thing. Most of the time, it will be lined up on the side. They have it piled up," Curlin said.

The Mystery of the $2,000 Ikea Shopping Bag

Why does luxury brand Balenciaga sell a $2,000 purse modeled after a $1 blue Ikea shopping bag? What’s behind the craze for seemingly distressed and worn-out Gucci sneakers? We tend to think of status symbols starting at the top tiers of society (among the glitterati and trend setters of high society) and then trickling down to the rest of society. But a new trend seems to contradict this pattern.

Why does luxury brand Balenciaga sell a $2,000 purse modeled after a $1 blue Ikea shopping bag? What's behind the craze for seemingly distressed and worn-out Gucci sneakers?  What is Sarah Jessica Parker doing rummaging through the dusty clothes in Rome's Via Sannio flea market? Why is Cracco, a Michelin star–winning Italian chef, using commercial potato chips in his dishes?
