The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee yesterday unveiled an open letter calling on Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg to lay out clear rules for everyone — including President Trump — that prohibit "threatening behavior or lies about how to participate in an election." He also wants the company to promptly fact-check viral election material. The former vice president's campaign has also circulated a petition to millions of supporters, calling them to sign on to the letter.

Republican congressional candidate James St. George is out with his first ad in the crowded primary race to succeed U.S. Rep. Ted Yoho in Florida's 3rd Congressional District.
The ad, titled " Do No Harm ," plays into the doctor’s health care background to tout his support for the President.
“Dr. St. George will fight for our conservative values and stop the Pelosi liberals from exploiting the coronavirus to advance socialism. Dr. St. George will stand with President Trump to rebuild our economy, stop government-run health care and defend our Second Amendment."
Volvo faces U.S. lawsuit over ad campaign photos
The 20-page lawsuit, filed Tuesday in federal court in Los Angeles, contends Volvo Group North America LLC took 11 photos from Schroeder's Instagram page and website without permission and used them in its own Instagram stories and Pinterest page.

In addition, the suit alleges that Porch House Pictures, a production company Schroeder has worked with, took and posted on Instagram a 20-second video of Schroeder and Sumida's photo shoot. Volvo sent "an aggressive and intimidating letter" threatening to sue the company for posting a video displaying Volvo's logo, the suit alleges.

Bloomberg paid Hawkfish $69 million to work on his presidential bid, which was centered on the Super Tuesday contests.
The Los Angeles Times reported on Wednesday that a number of tech experts and progressives within the party voiced opposition to using Hawkfish in Biden's presidential bid given its ties to Bloomberg and record in his ill-fated campaign.
Bloomberg is looking to play a role in Democratic efforts to unseat Trump. The Times reported that he invested another $35 million into Hawkfish.
