Individual Heath Insurance Marketplace returns on Monday - Delaware Business Now
Sign-ups for the Health Insurance Marketplace will return to Delaware for three months beginning on Feb. 15.
The marketplace is part of the Affordable Care Act and allows those without access to group insurance or Medicaid.
The coverage is available from HealthCare.gov . The only carrier offering the insurance in Delaware is Highmark. Rates have remained stable, although the state has not seen competition among carriers that has taken place elsewhere.
Ford launches new online marketplace for used-vehicle sales
Ford Motor Co. on Thursday launched Ford Blue Advantage, a new digital marketplace that will allow its dealers to list and sell certified used vehicles on a single platform — a response to customers looking for a digital shopping experience and an attempt to reclaim market share from upstart digital retailers that have eaten into dealers' slice of the used-car pie.
The website, FordBlueAdvantage.com, allows shoppers to filter for features they are looking for in a vehicle, as well as by options such as home delivery, at-home test driving and video walk-arounds. And in response to feedback from customers about price transparency, the site's listings include dealer-guaranteed selling prices.

Vanessa Ledesma , acting director general and CEO of the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA), which hosts the annual gathering, confirmed that Marketplace organizers are crafting an agenda that will allow participants more time to engage with tour operators, travel advisors, partners, trade and consumer media and influencers, to network, showcase and sell their destinations and services.
In its virtual format, Caribbean Travel Marketplace, which typically lasts for just over two days, will be presented over the course of four days in May. According to Ledesma, the online format allows the Marketplace to "incorporate supplemental elements without impacting the core buying and selling appointments."

There's news that the New York Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq and the Chicago Board Options Exchange are petitioning the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to review new SEC rules . The agency imposed rules in December that would require the exchanges to make more stock market data publicly available, including how much supply and demand there is for any given stock.
Supply and demand data can help investors figure out what price people are willing to pay for a stock, and that can help investors predict what'll happen if the stock does reach that price, according to market historian John Steele Gordon.
