Anheuser-Busch Must Pause Ad Campaign Amid Organic Seltzer Spat | Hollywood Reporter

The big game is behind us, but a Michelob Ultra Organic Seltzer Super Bowl spot is still brewing trouble for Anheuser-Busch.

On. Feb. 2, Oregon-based Suzie's Brewing Company sued the beer giant for false advertising, arguing it is incorrectly promoting its product as the first and only USDA-certified organic seltzer, and asked the court for an injunction that would stop the company from making that claim.

U.S. District Judge Michael H. Simon on Tuesday sided with the small business, beginning his 25-page temporary restraining order by asserting "truth matters."

Codey announces launch of ad campaign funded by mental health advocacy group - New Jersey Globe

Former Gov. Richard Codey announced today that he's selected NJ 211 to receive a $100,000 grant for cable TV and social media ads funded by his non-profit organization, The Codey Fund for Mental Health.

NJ 211 is the designated three-digit dialing code to help New Jerseyans in need locate information on mental health services and.

Codey said his 30 second spot "will depict a dark tunnel and begin with a narrative referencing how difficult this past year has been. Acknowledging the toll the pandemic has taken on our physical and mental health, the TV and Internet spot will introduce NJ 211 as the place to turn for help and hope."

'Schitt's Creek' Star Annie Murphy Appears in Ad Campaign for Mejuri Jewelry Tied

When Annie Murphy picked up an Emmy for Schitt's Creek in September, she did so in accessories by Canadian fine jewelry line Mejuri.

"I love how Annie's style is authentic and effortless," says brand CEO Noura Sakkijha. Now Murphy is appearing in the brand's new ad campaign, coinciding with March 8's International Women's Day. Titled "Golden Together," it's designed to celebrate the power and commitment of women supporting one another.

To give back, Mejuri is funneling 100 percent of the sales of special soft jersey apparel to its Mejuri Empowerment Fund, which in 2020 pledged $120,000 in scholarship money for Black women and nonbinary people. The campaign also features Stylish With Jenna Lyons star Jenna Lyons, model Grace Mahary, entrepreneur Lindsay Yang and Black Business and Professional Association president Nadine Spencer.
