Almost every major retailer has an order-in-store option. Most stores use this to promote online items, using free shipping as a bargaining chip to get people to buy in-store instead of online. However, this feature also benefits you.
Here at Bradley, we are six minutes from the closest mall. While brick-and-mortar stores there are dwindling, they still have the most basic options: American Eagle, Aeropostale, Hot Topic, Pink and Zumiez. When shopping online, check your shipping options. Nine out of 10 times, there will be a ship-to-store option. Instead of sending merchandise to your campus address, ship your clothing to the mall.

They hold up to 25 pounds each, can be tossed in the wash, and stuff down into a tiny attached pouch that you can easily keep in your purse or the center console of your car until you need them.

Online shopping, curbside recycling increase during pandemic
MADISON (WKOW) -- Safer at Home. Gathering limits. Virtual learning. Remote work. Over the past 11 months, Wisconsinites have spent a lot more time at home, and the amount of recycling that's coming in reflects that.
"In 2019, we sorted 97 million pounds of mixed recyclables," Joe Spair, a municipal/major account representative with Pellitteri Waste Systems, said. "[In 2020,] we will either meet and/or exceed that data."
Spair said Pellitteri saw a big drop off in recycling from commercial customers like businesses, restaurants and schools during the pandemic. So, he said the fact total volume won't decrease is telling.
