Edit: The Senate passed H.R.1319 on March 6. The bill now goes back to the House for consideration of the changes that were made in the Sentate, with a vote expected on March 9.

H.R. 1319 is now under consideration in the Senate, so we don't yet know exactly what will be included in the final legislation. But the health insurance provisions in the House version of the legislation are unchanged from what the House Ways and Means Committee had initially proposed , and have not been sticking points for the bill thus far.

Cut through the noise of the grain marketplace, analyst says. | Successful Farming

Sometimes, less is more. In recent weeks, you probably had plenty of time to review markets, as bitterly cold temperatures kept many indoors.

A breakout is likely to occur. Both bulls and bears have strong arguments defending their view.

Peer39 Has A New Marketplace For Unconventional Contextual Targeting Data | AdExchanger

Peer39 will make the data available through existing relationships with demand-side platforms. The data is also actionable through private marketplace deals.

Context can be a lot richer than simply understanding the words on a page, said Alex White, Peer39's chief operating officer.

"Physical context, location, weather, sports scores, what's going on in the stock market – all of that can be contextual data," White said. "The only reason advertisers can't use that type of data is because no one's brought it online."
