92nd Street Y Opens Storefront Space In New Upper East Side Tower | Upper East Side, NY Patch

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — One of the Upper East Side's most prominent institutions has a new second home, a few blocks away from its namesake street: the 92nd Street Y has opened a storefront space in the neighborhood's newest residential tower.

The new space was announced Monday by developer DDG and Global Holdings: the entities behind the new 50-story, 524-foot-tall building at 180 East 88th St.

Kahwa Coffee announces new location in west St. Petersburg — St. Pete Rising

Popular St. Pete-based coffee roasters, Kahwa Coffee, has announced the opening of a new storefront in West St. Petersburg near Bay Pines. Slated to open before the end of the year, the store will be the fourteenth location for the boutique coffee house.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla ’s 2022 expansion appears to have leaked ahead of today’s big reveal. Taking to social media yesterday, Ubisoft teased a new expansion for the Norse-set Creed adventure, with more content due to be announced today.

Releasing on March 10, 2022, the upcoming DLC is set to be the largest expansion in the series’ history. It has yet to be confirmed whether the base game will be required to play Dawn of Ragnarok, or whether it will be its own standalone experience.

Downtown Windsor gets in the holiday spirit with the return of festive window displays | CBC News

The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association (DWBIA), in partnership with the Province of Ontario and the Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island (TWEPI), is behind the displays, bringing in local artists Carlyne Peach and Julia Hall to create festive designs.
