Are You Gaslighting Your Customers?

Gaslighting in terms of the customer experience might not always be intentional, but it can seriously detract from a customer's interaction with a brand.

How Companies Can Leverage Technology To Attract And Keep Customers

Technology has permeated all aspects of our society to the point where we can no longer ignore it. Things that once seemed far-fetched, like phones you carry in your pocket and search engines answering questions in moments, have become everyday expectations.

This is especially true for most Millennials and all of the rising population coming from Gen-Z. These generations have come of age in a world reliant on the internet and cell phones, and that means businesses looking to attract them need to learn to leverage tech to the same extent.

The most common mistake that heroes make along their journey is that they believe the quest ends at the abyss, at the revelation. Their story ends at the "eureka" moment. However, their tale is only halfway through. Stopping here means they never get to atone, transform and return triumphant.

3 Cheap Ways I Market My Business and Get Loyal Customers

When I founded my fine-jewelry business, Array, four years ago, I felt I wanted to do marketing a little differently.

For one, when I sat down and crunched the numbers, I realized a lot of traditional marketing methods would not be the most effective way to use our budget. Trying to compete with Tiffany & Co. on Google would be an uphill battle. I'd never have the same ad-spending power as Swarovski.
