Walmart Employees and Customers Blame Self-Checkout for Theft

Walmart CEO and President Doug McMillon told CNBC earlier this month that theft "is higher than what it has historically been" and there will be consequences "if that is not corrected over time.

"They need to hire cashiers again and do away with so many self-checkout," said Mindy Stanley, a Walmart customer from Ashland, Kentucky. "I'd say they are losing so much due to that."

NV Energy customers question substantial rate increases

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - "What's going on with the energy?" asks David Bouse, and NV Energy Customer. "Why does the energy bill keep kicking in? Why does it keep ticking up?"

He says he noticed the unexplainable increase beginning in October. He provided us with a current October bill and one that dates to last year. In 2021 he paid $238.00. Fair enough he says. But in October of this year his bill is now $281.00.
