Las Vegas Grocery Storefront Collapses Into Rubble – NBC Chicago

A storefront collapsed into rubble at a Las Vegas supermarket at opening time early Friday, injuring four people but none seriously, a fire official and witnesses said.

It was not immediately clear how many people were inside the building at the time. The store was scheduled to open at 6 a.m. The store would have been busier later in the day, Broadwell said.

Mayor Jenny A. Durkan issued the following statement regarding legislation that allows more flexibility in permitted uses for empty downtown storefronts moving out of the Seattle City Council's Land Use and Neighborhoods Committee.

Section 8 Firearms opens storefront in Hazard | News | hazard-herald.com

Downtown Hazard recently gained a new business, Section 8 Firearms, which is located on East Main Street.

Daniel Fugate, owner of Section 8 Firearms, said opening the business has been a longtime dream of his.

"When I was younger, me and my father always talked about owning a gun store. In 2015 he passed away and whenever I saw the opportunity I went ahead and opened a gun store for me and him," said Fugate.
