(NEXSTAR) – Southwest says it will be extending a "gesture of goodwill" to customers affected by the cancellation of thousands of flights last weekend.
Southwest declined to detail what these "gestures" would entail, specifically. But on Twitter, Southwest and its customers have indicated that the airline was sending vouchers — known as "LUV Vouchers" — for future travel with Southwest Airlines, in amounts of up to $250.

You see, the airline resorted to technology to solve something that, may I desperately suggest, technology may not easily solve: customer service.
This, said Delta in July, "automatically equips our agents with even more details about your travel, so they can address your questions efficiently and get you on your way."

A joint stipulation agreement has been reached among Tulsa-based Public Service Company of Oklahoma, the Public Utility Division of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and other parties in PSO's pending rate review.
The agreement includes a PSO price increase of $50.7 million or an average 3.9% increase across all customer classes. The bill of a typical residential customer who uses 1,100 kilowatt hours (kWh) a month would increase by $5.04, or about 4.72%.

OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – Power is back on for thousands of OG&E customers following a massive outage caused by a powerful storm early Friday morning, but hundreds in the Oklahoma City metro area are still without electricity.
The storm hit the area early Friday, packing 75 MPH winds and knocking out power to well over 23,000 OG&E customers, according to OG&E officials.
