According to Hold Fast Executive Creative Director Brian Ganther, the campaign is inspired by the idea that sausage is juiciest when cooked slow and low, allowing the individual flavors and spices to mingle and get to know each other.

This metaphor is meant to reflect how Americans are feeling right now, with many feeling exhausted by anger and negativity.

In a recent National Temperature Check survey conducted by Johnsonville and The Harris Poll, 80% of 2,060 polled Americans stated that there are people they want to reconnect with, but they are gathering less and finding it harder to have fun together.

This survey highlights the need for people to slow down and reconnect with others, which is the central message of Johnsonville's new campaign.

Ganther explained that the campaign is not just about sausage, but about the importance of taking a break and reconnecting with others in today's fast-paced world.
