PEABODY – An otherwise quiet morning was interrupted Saturday when a delivery truck crashed through the front window of Zucker's Bakery in Peabody.
On-scene Patrolman David Murphy reported the truck's driver was attempting to park to make a delivery at the Lake Street shop around 8 a.m. when his brakes abruptly failed, causing the vehicle to move over the curb and crash through the storefront.
Although there was considerable debris at the scene, building inspectors later determined there to be no structural damage. No one inside the building at the time of the crash, and no injuries were reported.

And that has required some alterations to the way the business normally does things. Which is fitting, since making something new out of something that already exists is what A Bazaar Universe does best.
