"The data is made up of documents such as handwritten notes and forms, scans, and records of transaction applications.

PG&E meteorologists are forecasting a strong high-pressure system over the western United States resulting in hot and dry conditions away from the coast. Heat wave temperatures are expected to peak on Sunday and Monday.
Customers are asked to reduce their energy use from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. each day, when air conditioners drive consumption. By doing so, customers can help prevent or reduce the need for rotating outages.
Key To Uncertain Times: Create Customer Confidence
Maybe the best way to approach this concept is to look at it from the other side. The opposite of confidence is uncertainty. Uncertainty creates hesitation, concern and stress. Eliminate uncertainty and you start to create confidence and even trust. The report identified three opportunities to help eliminate, or at least mitigate, customer uncertainty. Here they are with some of my commentary.
1. Create User Confidence: Every company wants its customers to be successful with the product or service they sell. Help customers accomplish their goals and they will build more trust with your organization, allowing for a stronger bond that goes beyond a typical vendor relationship and starts to resemble a partnership.
Over 1k customers still without power as storms continue to sweep through southwestern Wisconsin
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Over one thousand Dane and Sauk County customers are out of power Sunday morning after storms swept through southwestern Wisconsin, according to Alliant Energy and MG&E.
MG&E reports approximately 300 customers in the Madison area are still without power, while Alliant Energy reports approximately 1,176 southwestern Wisconsin customers are currently without power.
