A Surge In Unruly Behavior Has Forced Companies To Discipline Their Customers
Bad customer behavior is forcing companies to play adult and discipline their customers. In many cases, it's an effort to protect employees and other customers.
Why the huge surge in unruly customers? After more than a year of lockdowns and the stress of a pandemic, people are on edge. Any little thing can set them off, and companies are catching the brunt of their pent-up emotions.
How To Make Your Customers Your Best Advertisers With Happy Jewelers
Brand notoriety is essential for any business, but it looks different depending on the scale of your company. Well-known brands, especially in the luxury market, have their customer relationship strategy down to a science. While your business is unlikely to be the size of a hundred-year-old brand, you can use their successes as a template for your own.
