The last year has not been an easy one for Martin Automotive Group, the owner of Mercedes-Benz of Flagstaff and Flagstaff Buick GMC.
After the Mercedes-Benz dealership closed in January, now multiple lawsuits have been filed by customers of both dealerships alleging Martin dealerships failed to quickly pay off customers' vehicle trade-ins to banks that damages customers' credit. Additionally, the Arizona Department of Transportation said the state officials are investigating about six complaints filed by the Martin customers.

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- The man customers call "Lying Larry" was charged with felony stealing Friday, after authorities said he took thousands of dollars for contracting jobs and never performed any work.

Govero was charged in St. Francis County, accused of taking a $4,000 down payment for a job but failing to do any work.

The U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) today proposed fines of more than $200 million against the nation’s four largest wireless carriers for selling access to their customers’ location information without taking adequate precautions to prevent unauthorized access to that data. While the fines would be among the largest the FCC has ever levied, critics say the penalties don’t go far enough to deter wireless carriers from continuing to sell customer location data.

Clash between Waste Management, Wyandotte County could affect thousands of customers | FOX 4
KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Trash customers in Wyandotte County might be caught in the middle of a trash dispute.
Waste Management, the trash pickup giant, has threatened to discontinue service to the Unified Government of Wyandotte County, saying the Unified Government has violated their contract repeatedly.
This dispute means 51,000 Waste Management customers might soon be forced to seek a new trash and recycling pickup service.
