Gary Shandling once observed, "I'm dating a woman who evidently is unaware of it." Is this happening to your business or organization? It could be.
Among certain circles I'm known as a matchmaker. While I don't set people up on dates, and I'm certainly not responsible for any marriages that I'm aware of, I do know how to facilitate meaningful engagements.
Did you know that one of the most effective ways to market your business or organization is to focus on engagement? Seems simple, but many overlook the importance of relationship building, or building engagement. Sure, it takes time, but the benefits are worth the effort.

McDonald's is serving our crew and customers with safety first
We learned early on that no one is immune to the impact of this unprecedented global health crisis. That's why we laid out a set of core principles in February to guide our decision-making, and we've followed on with dozens of actions that always kept crew and customer safety as our top priority.
McDonald's serves 65 million people globally every day, and we are deeply aware of the challenges the pandemic has created in our communities. The importance of providing those communities with affordable food at such scale led many governments around the world to designate McDonald's restaurants essential businesses. That's an enormous responsibility, and it's not one we take lightly.

5G Matters to the Enterprise and Its Customers | CIO
Now, take all of the people accessing the consumer service and multiply that number by 1,000 times to include new applications, devices, automated functions and a variety of network-connected capabilities, from medicine to entertainment, over the next five years. In other words, we're talking about a flood of new 5G-enabled services and consumption of those services.
5G networks must fundamentally provide a great experience, but the key to success is really about providing high-quality services that corporations, professionals and, yes, consumers, can rely on and appreciate. This appreciation then turns into a groundswell of new business opportunities that inherently make themselves worth the extra infrastructure costs and that help users of 5G networks grow their own businesses and improve their own experiences.

Support for this viewpoint comes from research by Censuswide conducted during lockdown which shows that more insurance customers believe that the industry has let down consumers (22 percent) than feel positive about how insurers have helped (12 percent).
