GOP group launches ad campaign urging senators to call witnesses at impeachment trial | TheHill

An anti-Trump Republican group is launching new ads urging senators to call witnesses as part of the impeachment trial that's kicking off in the Senate.

One ad uses clips of House GOP members lamenting a lack of first-hand witnesses as part of the impeachment hearings.

"Now, John Bolton, a witness with first-hand information, has agreed to testify in the Senate trial," the narrator of the ad says. "Senate Republicans, Americans deserve the truth. Let Bolton testify."

Could Chipotle ad campaign undo years of anti-ag rhetoric? | AGDAILY

After years of anti-farmer rhetoric, disgusting anti-agriculture videos, and trashing farmer seed choice, Chipotle now seems to have found a love for the American farmer that is as warm and inviting as the gooey core of a steak burrito. Their new "Cultivate the Future of Farming" campaign raises awareness of the hardships being experienced in agriculture, and then offers their thoughts and some seed grants in order to reverse it.

However, Chipotle's new ag-vertisment is akin to pouring gas all over a dry forest, throwing in a match, and then a few years later wanting to be perceived as tree friendly by planting a few saplings.

How the Census Campaign Will Address ICE Concerns – Adweek

While such emphasis isn’t unique to the 2020 census, what is new is the dark cloud hovering over the issue of legal versus illegal immigration, with President Donald Trump having fought to include a census question about citizenship status—a move blocked by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Despite its staggering $500 million budget and more than 1,000 creative assets, the ad campaign driving awareness of the census isn’t expected to include many elements addressing the question of legal residency.
