Government agencies may have a new way to improve decision-making backed by data and predictive analytics models, according to General Services Administration Chief Data Officer Kris Rowley.
The proposed model takes preexisting predictive analytics models' outcome data and feeds it back into the models in a way that includes that data in future analytics and predictions, creating a positive feedback loop that integrates machine learning into decision-making.

Their efforts make it faster and easier for data scientists, analysts and citizen data scientists to get the insights they need . However, trying to choose among vendors can be confusing when their offerings sound -- and often are -- very similar.

Intriguing. So Elway has done an above average job? I think it's very healthy to teach fans context. The X factor though may still be scheme fit and coaching in terms of the success of a player or whether they thrive in one setting but not in another. PLUS, what if a guy is drafted by one team then goes on to have long career for multiple teams as a cap casualty? Does the team that drafted him get the credit? It's unclear.
