Marion business owner reminds customers to mask up when asked

MARION, Iowa (KCRG) - Jason "Doc" Rogers has been running his shoe repair business for nearly two years.

The Marion small business owner has required face coverings in his store the entire pandemic, but said it's a battle every day to enforce.

Recently, he asked another customer to leave his store for refusing to put a mask on after multiple requests.

"Hey I'm requiring masks for everybody in here please. Customer says, 'I've got one.' Well you better put it on before you come in," Doc said.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – MLGW customers across the city are now paying for all the winter weather issues that hit the Mid-South during the month of February.

Some of them say they are dealing with massive bills. Now, many customers say they are concerned they will get disconnected.

The customers say they need more time to pay these huge bills. They want to pay them, but they say they can't get in contact with MLGW to learn how.

H-E-B: Customers Won't be Required to Wear Masks

SAN ANGELO, TX – H-E-B announced Wednesday that the grocer will no longer be forcing customers to wear masks inside of the stores.

As previously reported, on Mar. 2, Gov. Greg Abbott announced that the state wide mask mandate would come to an end next Wednesday, March 10.

With this new executive order the Governor has put all of the safety protocols in the people and businesses' hands rather than the government's.

Kohl's says it added 2 million new customers in 2020 due to the Amazon returns program -

Kohl's Corp. KSS, -0.04% attributes the acquisition of two million new customers in 2020 to its returns program with Amazon.com Inc. AMZN, -1.70%

Kohl's launched the program with a pilot in September 2017 , and it has grown since then. Shoppers can return unwanted Amazon purchases at any Kohl's store.

"We especially saw this with the acceleration of post-holiday traffic in January. In 2020, we can attribute at least two million new, unique customers shopping at Kohl's as a result of the Amazon Returns program, a third of which are millennials. And while the details of the partnership are confidential, we continue to see that this is accretive to both sales and profit," she said.
