First Late Winter Market at Garver Feed Mill welcomes thousands of customers
MADISON, Wis. — The recently renovated Garver Feed Mill hosted its first Late Winter Farmers’ Market on Saturday morning.
The space welcomed an estimated 3,500 customers, while Dane County Farmers’ Market organizers said they were planning on about 1,000.
When the market was held at the Madison Senior Center in the past, there were about 25 vendors. On Saturday, there were more than 45, giving more farmers a chance to sell this winter.

GASTON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTV) - More than 2,000 customers are without power after fallen limbs damaged power equipment.
The outages include areas near McAdenville, Belmont, Cramerton and Lowell, according to Duke Energy.
