INDIANAPOLIS — When the Indianapolis chapter of Legatus marked its 30th anniversary, Tom Monaghan, founder of Domino’s Pizza and Ave Maria University in Florida, was on hand to help members celebrate.
Monaghan, now 82, established Legatus for Catholic business executives and owners over 30 years ago. The organization describes its members as “ambassadors for Christ in the marketplace,” and the Indianapolis chapter — founded Dec. 8, 1989 — is the fourth oldest Legatus chapter.

Verishop Doesn't Want to Be Just Another Marketplace - eMarketer Trends, Forecasts &
In June 2019, former Snapchat chief strategy officer Imran Khan set out to shake up the marketplace landscape, including Amazon, when he launched ecommerce platform Verishop. Most recently, the company partnered with Westfield and plans to open 14 pop-up or full-store concepts within Westfield's US shopping centers.

Insurance Enrollment On Marketplace Dips For Second Year | The Lund Report
A total of 145,264 people signed up for coverage during the 45-day period from Nov. 1 through Dec. 15. That's a 2% dip from the year before, according to a release from Oregon's Department of Consumer and Business Services, which regulates the insurance industry. Enrollment also fell the previous year -- by 5%.
Nevertheless, 94 percent of the population has health insurance, either through Medicaid, Medicare, their employer or the marketplace, which is where consumers must go to get subsidies to help with their premiums.

Tremor acquires Unruly, the News Corp's outstream video marketplace – PPC Land
Tremor this week announced an agreement to acquire Unruly, the News Corp's programmatic outstream video marketplace. News Corp is receiving 6.91% of Tremor International stock, subject to an 18-month lock-up period and to certain adjustments, along with a total minimum revenue guarantee for News Corp of GBP 30m for the partnership.

According to Tremor, the deal marks the start of a three-year partnership with News Corp which will equip Tremor with the exclusive right to sell outstream video on over 50 News Corp titles in the UK, US and Australia.
Anime could be a key to streaming domination - Marketplace

“One of the main reasons I got into anime is you see these main characters that you can kind of relate to,” John said.

“There are definitely anime shows that put up ‘Game of Thrones’-style numbers,” said Mike Toole, editor-at-large for Anime News Network. Anime has a loyal global audience, which is why streaming services like Netflix, HBO Max and Disney Plus have been quietly investing in it as a way to tap into a young international audience that will stay engaged for a long time.

There are some signs that tensions between the U.S. and Iran could be de-escalating. President Trump said today there were no casualties from the recent Iranian missile strike and that the U.S. is “ready to embrace peace.”

This morning Americans heard U.S. troops were withdrawing from Kuwait. Except they weren’t; Kuwait’s state news agency said its Twitter account was hacked.
