The owners of a Dayton neighborhood juice bar will shut down their storefront retail operation Monday, but they will continue to deliver their juices and other products and will likely expand their presence at the 2nd Street Market in downtown Dayton.
“Daytonians, we are sad to announce that the storefront for the juice bar will be closing as of this Monday, January 6,” Elizabeth and Dave Furst, founders of the Santa Clara Juicery at 1912 N. Main St. in Dayton’s Santa Clara neighborhood, said on the business’s Facebook page Saturday . “We have loved serving this community and the Gem City!”

The outdoor shopping center at 2845 Center Valley Parkway in Upper Saucon Township in recent weeks lost four restaurants and retailers: Cosi, Crepe Soleil, Learning Express Toys and Portrait Innovations, according to Carol Tomaszewski, Promenade Shops' marketing coordinator.
"It is true that there have been transitions among businesses operating at our property, The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley," Melissa Napolitano, Promenade Shops' general manager, said in a written statement. "This is very common for a shopping center of this size, and The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley remains a thriving, vibrant shopping and dining destination.

ECHO PARK -- Permanent Records turned out not to be so permanent, announcing it will shut down its Sunset Boulevard vinyl store after less than four years in business.
But Permanent Records will continue to operate its Highland Park shop and a new store and bar, Permanent Records Roadhouse , in Cypress Park, the owners said on Instagram.

CapitolMac, the local Apple computer-focused retailer and repair shop that predates the Apple Store's existence, is preparing to shut down.
That includes plans to close its two stores: its Fan storefront at 1700 W. Main St. by the end of the month and a Baltimore location.
Barring a sale, outside investment or some other last-minute alternative, the pending closure will mark the end of a three decades-long run for CapitolMac, which was founded in the late 1980s as Apple's Macintosh computers were gaining in popularity.
