Future unclear for downtown's Crepe Craft restaurant - News - Ionia Sentinel -

HOLLAND — The owner of a crepe restaurant that was initially set to open at the end of 2019 is at risk of being evicted from his downtown Holland storefront.

Gleaming white tiled walls and crepe makers can be seen through the storefront window at 64 W. Eighth Street. The space was set to be a restaurant called Crepe Craft, one of the last businesses to open as part of the GDK development of the downtown block.

Crepe Craft Owner Tim Tattan was leasing the space from GDK, but has missed two months of rent, according to the construction company. The last time the Sentinel spoke to Tattan, he said he was planning on opening Crepe Craft the last week in January.
