GATESVILLE, Texas (KWTX) A boil order was issued Friday afternoon for some Gatesville water customers after a contractor hit a water main near the elevated water tank at 3409 East Main St.

News 3 obtained a notice from Norfolk City Manager Chip Filer , who said that Friday afternoon, HRSD mistakenly sent a Chesapeake insert about a water rate change in their bills to about 2,000 Norfolk customers.
Filer says HRSD is apologizing for the confusion. The agency is advising anyone who received the insert to disregard it and is adding notes to those accounts.
A clarification saying the inserts were sent in error and do not impact Norfolk customers has been posted on the Utilities web page . Filer also said they are posting information on the front page of the website.

Duke Energy officials said the $5.34 per 1,000 kWh of electricity on a typical monthly bill is to help recover costs the power company racked up responding to Hurricane Dorian and Tropical Storm Nestor.
Storm costs were $171 million for Hurricane Dorian and $400,000 for Tropical Storm Nestor, according to Duke Energy Florida.

That was just the start of a flood of doughnut lovers who inundated the shop all morning, so many the couple had to call in son Tommy and daughter Nicky and Hak's brother and sister-in-law to help with sales and to churn out extra batches of doughnuts to meet the sudden, unexpected demand.
