Businesses can learn a lot about marketing relevancy from Arnold Schwarzenegger. I’ve worked closely with the bodybuilder turned actor turned governor for nearly 10 years, and I’m continually amazed by the way that, at 72 years old, he can charm a room of aging gym buffs — then post a video on TikTok and have 20 million teenagers laughing.
It’s a master class in satisfying the old and intriguing the new. To replicate it, any entrepreneur must understand when to create excitement and when to double down on the familiar.

How to find the golden customer experience that leads to success
One of the most important trends in business today is the new focus on customer experience. It's no longer enough to create an appealing product or service and sell it. Businesses today must ensure that their customers' actual experience of the offering is as good as the promise, which requires continous engagement throughout the sale and long after. That entails a complete rethink of the tools and processes surrounding sales and customer service.

Comcast mistakenly posted online the contact information of nearly 200,000 customers who paid the company a monthly fee to keep their phone numbers private.

DP&L issue warning about phone calls from scammers
DAYTON — Dayton Power and Light issued a warning Monday about phone calls from scammers. DP&L says they have received a spike in calls from concerned customers who have been hit by would-be scammers.
According to DP&L, the scammers call and demand customers make a payment or have their service disconnected within 30 minutes.
The company says callers should be wary if they are threatened over the phone with disconnection, and if a caller asks for any personal information or to send money with a pre-paid debit card. Scammers target individuals, but also target small business during peak hours, such as restaurants during the lunch rush, in an effort to catch employees off guard and trick them into giving account information.
