Why Using Conversions Imported From Analytics to Google Ads Does Not Actually Make Sense - Search

As an alternative to setting up Google Ads conversion tracking, you can import conversions from Google Analytics , such as goals or transactions, and then use it for optimization of your Google Ads campaigns.

* * *

It became even more popular recently, as the Smart Shopping campaigns require conversion tracking with transaction-specific values.

The import of Google Analytics transactions is probably the easiest way to comply with this requirement if there is no Google Ads conversion value tracking in place.

BI and ANALYTICS sustain smart city initiatives

Cities account for only 1% of the world’s land usage, but they are home to more than half of the world’s population, according to the Smart Cities Council. They are energy-intensive, consuming 75% of the world’s energy and producing 80% of its pollution.

In an effort to make cities more livable, many cities have launched so-called “smart city” initiatives, which use information and communication technologies to improve their operational efficiency and promote the well-being of their citizens. Transportation, energy, emergency response, and air quality issues are among the top priorities for smart city initiatives.

Onepath Survey Finds SMBs Aren't Fully Leveraging Business Analytics

Despite spending hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars on their data analytics solutions annually, 86% of SMB managers and executives surveyed by Onepath said their companies could be making better use of these technologies

The paradox of the survey results – that companies are spending excessively on data analytics tools but not getting full value for their investments – seems rooted in the fact that SMBs recognize the tremendous benefits data analytics can provide. 59% of survey respondents said it would take longer to deliver products if managers and executives didn't have access to data from their analytics solutions, and 56% said it would take longer to service customers.
